YOU STAY IN COMPLETE CONTROL

The diagnostic fee only covers diagnosing the vehicle. Repairs are quoted separately. No repairs begin without customer approval. Customers always decide whether repairs are performed, which repairs to approve, whether to continue with that mechanic, or whether to seek another opinion. Every repair decision belongs entirely to the customer.

This service is for customers who already know what maintenance or repair they need. Submit your request, Mobilized AutoCare shares it throughout the network, and qualified mechanics submit competitive offers.

The diagnostic appointment creates the opportunity. After completing the diagnosis, mechanics operate independently, present their own repair estimates directly to customers, and determine labor pricing, parts pricing, repair recommendations, and repair timeline. Mobilized AutoCare does not negotiate repairs or set repair prices. Professionalism, communication, honesty and technical ability help mechanics earn repair work and long-term customers.

The mechanic receives the customer’s information and travels directly to complete the requested service. As an independent mechanic you set your own labor rates, quote your own parts pricing, choose which jobs to pursue, build long-term customer relationships, and keep 100% of your repair income. The better your communication, professionalism, pricing and customer service, the more likely customers are to choose your offers and request you again in the future.
